Claiming a damaged package or a quality defect in the goods

Before receiving the shipment, please check in the presence of the courier whether it is not damaged or whether the package has not been opened.
If during the reception of the goods from the courier you find that the shipment was damaged during shipment, please write down in his presence the damage report (every courier has it with him) and immediately notify us of this fact. 
Please send back the damaged goods with a copy of the received invoice and damage report made with the courier with a detailed description of the reasons for the complaint. 
The product will be exchanged for a full-quality one, and if this is not possible we will refund the money.

NOTE: A reliably written protocol will be the basis for a claim. 
Failure to make a damage report in the presence of the courier, despite noticing damage in the packaging of the goods, may make it difficult for the customer to claim compensation. 
 

NOTES:
The parts offered on the pages of the store are designed for installation in specialized workshops.
We would like to remind you that we do not accept any shipments sent back to us cash on delivery.

Return of goods

The buyer has the full right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving reasons.

After making written notification of the return of goods (withdrawal from the contract of sale), you must send back to us the returned goods with a statement within 14 days from the date of notification.
Goods must be sent at your expense – WE DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS SHIPPED AT OUR COST OR CODED.

After receiving the goods and verifying that all conditions for accepting the return have been met, we will send the money to the account specified in the withdrawal application within 14 days.

 
Conditions for accepting the return of goods:

– the returned goods were accompanied by a copy of the purchase document and a written notification of the return of the goods

– the returned goods bear no signs of damage or use

– we will be informed in advance by e-mail (su2@su2performance.com) or by phone of our intention to return the goods

– the goods are returned in the packaging (undamaged) in which they were delivered to the customer

– the goods are complete (in case the part consists of several elements)

– the goods have not been imported on the individual order of the customer

If buyer returns a product to us that does not meet the above requirements, we will have to send it back at the buyer’s expense.
