RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
According to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) we inform that:
- The administrator of your personal data is K91 sp. z o.o., registered office address: 11-015 Olsztynek, ul. Daszyńskiego 2/26.
- Your personal data will be processed for:
– Implementation of contracts and orders – on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
– Implementation of the warranty/reclaim service – based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
– Marketing of own products and services – on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. as part of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in direct marketing. - Categories of personal data include, but are not limited to : name, phone number, email address, address, dedicated data for service/process/project.
- Your personal data will be kept for the period of the administrator’s legitimate interest, unless you object to the processing.
In the absence of specific legal or contractual requirements, the basic retention period for your personal data will be 10 years. - Due to the nature of the company’s activities, your data may be transferred to a company or institution outside of Poland
- Recipients of your personal data may be entities that ensure the proper implementation of services:
– transport service providers
– IT service providers
– accounting and legal service providers
– Subcontractors in the provision of services ordered by the Customer on behalf of the Administrator - You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The actions of the Administrator may be complained about to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to process the order/contract.
